A copy of WAEA’s first full-year annual return, exemption application, or other related information, will not be available until the conclusion of the 2021 designated tax year. Upon its availability, if you desire to receive a copy of the annual tax return, please send a request indicating the information you desire, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope or an email address to which you would like the information sent, to World AgroEcology Alliance, 1725 I Street NW, Suite 300, Washington DC 20006, United States, Attn: Disclosure Requirements. WAEA is exempt from federal income tax under 26 U.S.C. Section 501(c)(3), with an EIN 85-3765750 and is a non-profit organization eligible to receive tax-deductible donations.
Each donation to WAEA is tax-deductible to the extent allowed under applicable law, and represents a contribution to its entire mission and seven core principles, which is bring together like-minds around the globe that are committed to transforming the food supply chain in a manner that will address nutrition insecurity, uplift the most vulnerable, and allow Mother Earth and all that inhabits her to heal one regionalized ecosystem. In all that WAEA’ does must be embodied in the following principles:

- Wellness for All;
- Demonstrating agroecology can feed the world;
- Socially Just;
- Balanced; and
- A “one earth” mentality.
